林淦生®口瘡靈 臨床指南
來源與功能：
《林淦生®口瘡靈》乃根據蓍名中醫藥臨床大師林淦生醫藥研究院院長林淦生數代家傳經驗及其40年臨床實踐，專科為治療頑固性口瘡及慢性牙肉炎(牙周炎)而出品的中成藥，功效優異。
口瘡並不是致命的重病，但一旦患上會令人十分痛苦。同樣地，慢性牙齦炎(牙周炎)亦令人十分困擾。
《林淦生®口瘡靈》能迅速提高人體對口腔炎症的抵抗力及自然康復力，幫助口瘡、鵝口瘡、丫口瘡，特別是反復性及頑固性的患者迅速康復而不再復發。本品無任何副作用，適合任何體質服用。
主治範圍及預計療程：
1) 頑固性、反復性口瘡、鵝口瘡、丫口瘡。30-60天療程，根治率達99%以上。
2) 慢性牙肉炎(牙周炎)。60-90天療程，根治率達90%以上。
主要成份：
紫花地丁 57毫克、茵陳 38毫克、石斛57毫克、丹參38毫克、珍珠19毫克、地骨皮38毫克等純中藥提煉。
每粒《林淦生®口瘡靈》含上述中藥精華380毫克。
服用方法：
成人每天2次，每次6粒。病情嚴重者，每天3次。飯後溫水送服。
臨床主要症狀及致病原因：
1.口瘡、鵝口瘡、丫口瘡。口瘡可發於口腔及舌頭黏膜，初起出現針頭大小白點，逐漸形成凹型潰瘍，色或白或黃，可小如芝麻，大如豆，嚴重時可數粒融合成片，潰瘍周圍黏膜呈鮮紅色，灼熱疼痛，影響進食及講話。7-10天自癒，亦可長期此起彼落，反復發作，令人十分痛苦。鵝口瘡症狀和口瘡相似，但白點疏鬆，四周無紅暈。丫口瘡病灶在單或雙側面頰連接處。此各症與經常食煎炸熱毒、睡眠不足等原因導致身體免疫力下降有關。
2.慢性牙肉炎(牙周炎)。症狀可導致牙齦萎縮、出血、甚至牙齒脫落。此症常與忽略口腔清潔、生牙石、蛀牙、以及食物缺乏維生素C等有關。
療程指南：
1.口瘡 (包括鵝口瘡、丫口瘡等)。服用本品第1-10天必須配服《林淦生® 清熱3號》，每次6粒。第11-30天，僅服《林淦生® 口瘡靈》即可。患本症超過2個月者，需服足60天療程。
2.慢性牙肉炎(牙周炎)。服用本品第1-30天需同時配服《林淦生® 清熱3號》，每次6粒。第31-60天配服《林淦生® 清熱1號》。若未痊癒，後僅服《林淦生® 口瘡靈》即可。同時存在牙石、蛀牙之病人，需由牙科醫生清理，以協助治療。
3.本品以提高人體解毒、排毒功能和免疫力為根治炎症病患的原理處方。故認真完成足夠療程，嚴格遵守戒口、不熬夜等注意事項，才能準確達到根治目標。
4.時刻保持口腔清潔，每天認真刷牙兩次，特別臨睡前之刷牙要徹底乾淨，不留殘渣。
本品適合患有其他慢性病以及正在由西醫治病之病人服用。
1.《林淦生® 口瘡靈》臨床上未發現與任何治療慢性病的西藥有衝突，故可與西藥隔2小時服用。

SOURCE AND FUNCTION:
Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN is manufactured in accordance with the precious medicinal knowledge heritage of generations of his medical family and over 40 years of the clinical practice of Dr. Lam Kam Sang, the president of Lam Kam Sang Medical Research Institute Ltd. It is formulated specially for the treatment of intractable aphthous ulcers and chronic gingivitis (periodontitis) with excellent efficacy.
Aphthous ulcers are not fatal, but can be very painful if develop. Similarly, chronic gingivitis (periodontitis) is also very troublesome. Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN quickly improves the body’s resistance against oral inflammation and promote natural healing power, helps to quickly recover aphthous, thrush, sores at the corner of the mouth, especially for repeated and intractable patients who can quickly recover without recurrence. Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN has no side effects and is suitable for any constitution.
INDICATIONS & EXPECTED COURSES OF TREATMENT:
1) The curative rate is over 99% for 30-60 of treatment courses for intractable and recurrent aphthous, thrush, and sores at the corner of the mouth.
2) The cure rate is over 90% for 60-90 days of treatment courses for chronic gingivitis (periodontitis).
MAIN INGREDIENTS:
Herba Violae 57 mg, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae 38 mg, Herba Dendrobii 57 mg, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 38 mg, Margarita 19 mg, Cortex Lycii 38 mg, etc.
Every capsule of Lam Kam Sang® APHTIN contains 380mg extract of the above Chinese medicine.
ADMINISTRATION & DOSAGE:
Adults take 6 capsules twice a day, 3 times a day for severe cases, to be taken with warm water after meals.
MAIN CLINICAL SYMPTOMS & CAUSES:
- Aphthous, thrush, sore of the corner of the mouth
Aphthous can be found in the mucous membrane of the mouth and tongue. In the beginning, a needle sized white spot is formed and gradually develop into a concave ulcer, which color can be white or yellow, and the sizes can be as small as a sesame or as large as a bean. In severe cases, the particles can be fused into pieces, and the mucosa around the ulcer is presented in bright red, and burning pain may affect eating and speaking. Self-healing may occur in 7-10 days, or may repeated attacks for a long period and can be very painful. The symptoms of thrush are similar to aphthous, but the white spots are loose and there is no redness around. The sore of the corner of the mouth is at the single or double cheek junction. The causes of these diseases are usually related to the decline of body immunity, frequent eating of fried and heat- toxin foods, and lack of sleep.
- Chronic gingivitis (periodontitis)
Symptoms can cause gingival atrophy, hemorrhage, and even tooth loss. This disease is often associated with neglected oral cleansing, tartar, tooth decay, and lack of vitamin C in food.
TREATMENT GUIDE:
- Aphthous (including thrush and sore of the corner of the mouth)
On the 1st to 10th days of taking Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN, Lam Kam Sang® CLEAR-HEAT No. 3 should be taken at the same time, 6 capsules each time. On the 11th to 30th days, Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN can be taken singly. If the patient is having this disease for more than 2 months, 60 days of treatment course is required.
- Chronic gingivitis (periodontitis)
On the 1st to 30th days of the treatment, Lam Kam Sang® CLEAR-HEAT No. 3 should be taken together with Lam Kam Sang® APHTIN, 6 capsules each time. On the 31st to 60th day, it can be replaced by Lam Kam Sang® CLEAR-HEAT No. 1, 6 capsules each time. If the symptom is not healed completely, Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN can be taken singly for the extended treatment. Patients with calculus and tooth decay should be cleaned up and treated by dentist in assisting of the treatment.
- Lam Kam Sang® APHTIN is based on the principles of improving the detoxification and immunity of the human body to cure inflammatory diseases. Therefore, conscientiously complete enough treatments, and strictly abide by the precautions such as prohibited food and not staying up late, in order to accurately reach the goal of remedy.
- Keep your mouth clean at all times, brush your teeth carefully twice a day, especially cleaning your teeth thoroughly without leaving any residue before you going to bed.
Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN is suitable for patients having other chronic diseases and those who are being treated by Western medicine.
- Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN has not been found to be in conflict with any western medicine for treating chronic diseases, so it can be taken 2 hours after taking western medicine
- Lam Kam Sang®APHTIN has no conflict with patients having chronic diseases such as heart disease, liver disease, stomach disease or diabetes etc., and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
ATTENTION:
- Contraindicated during pregnancy.
- Discontinue treatment temporarily when having a cold, fever or acute infectious diseases.
